1: Non-Refundable 25% Deposit and Final balance due in Full 6 weeks prior to Arrival.

 

1.a: Pool wrist bands, these MUST be worn around the pool area at all times by any guest over the age of 12 years. Any bands that are lost by the guests are charged at 25€ per band, Please ensure these are left in the apartment on your departure.

 

2: Provided Guests pay the full balance on time they can receive a 50% refund of the Final

Balanced Paid, providing notification of the Cancellation is at least 4 Weeks before the Due

Arrival Date. A 25% Refund of the Final Balance Paid providing notification of Cancellation is at least 2 Weeks before the Due Arrival Date. The 25% Deposit remains NONREFUNDABLE.

 

2.a: Card Payment is available with a 2.5% transaction fee added to the payment amount per transaction.

 

3: Any damage to Fixture / Fittings will require payment from the Client / Guests. 

(Please beware of suitcases damaging doors, and please use cutting boards on the Granite worktops!)

Loss of Earnings / Bookings due to malicious damage will need to be paid for by the Client / Guest in Agreement with these Terms and Conditions.

 

4: Strictly NO smoking inside the Apartment or Pets except for Assistance Animals. Any damage caused by the Animals cost and repairs will be charged to Client / Guest. 

 

4.a: If a Guest(s) arrives with a Pet or Assistance Animal and it has not been agreed prior in writing and notification given to our Keyholder by us. The guests will be denied access and your booking will be forfeited and NO refunds given.

 

5: No Furniture / Equipment or Goods are to be removed from the Apartment Grounds. We also kindly ask that you do not move furniture around inside the apartment. Any missing Furniture / Equipment or goods will be charged to the guest for replacement (This is checked after your departure)

 

5.a: Please do NOT remove the covers from the sofa or tub chair these are for the furnitures protection from staining, these are changed for every rental. 

 

5.b: We provide fold up Sun Loungers that can be used around Pool Area. Please do not leave these unattended at any time. If these go missing due to them being left unattended the customer is liable for the replacement costs.

 

5.c: Please do not add your own goods to the apartment i.e. glasses, plates ect. At the end of your stay please ensure these are taken with you or disposed of properly.

 

6: On day of Departure can you please remove any contents from Fridge Freezer and remove all Waste from the Apartment and transfer to the Communal Waste / Recycling situated on the Ring Road opposite the Apartment.

 

7: We are aware that accidents happen and breakages sometimes occur (i.e. Cups Plates etc.)

Please advise our Key Holder of any breakages so these can be replaced.

 

8: The Apartments Maximum occupancy is 6 persons (including babies), this limit must never

been exceeded during your stay. Any guest information not included on your booking form at the time of booking must be given before their stay commences.

 

9: Key Holder OUT OF HOURS call out charge 10€ payable directly to Key Holder. If you

require the Key Holder to attend the Apartment for a non emergency when outside of working hours (i.e. for extra Air-conditioning Card) please plan ahead to avoid this occurrence.

 

10: Cleaning Fee £80.00 to be paid directly to Key Holder on arrival or when arranged with Key Holder.

 

11: For your Arrival time please see your Invoice. On the day of Departure please ensure you have vacated no later than 10.00am unless otherwise agreed and stated on your invoice. (our keyholder is made aware in advance by us)

 

11.a: Please always check your arrival and departure dates stated on your invoice before booking your journeys. As we generally book for same day turn overs so an extra night(s) stay might not be available. This is soley down to the guests to check we do not accept any responsibility for wrong travel dates booked by the guests.

 

12: We reserve the right to amend our current advertised price, Doing this will not affect your booking it remains the same. 

 

13: On the outside of the apartment there are 2 dummy security cameras. These are for deterrent purposes for when the apartment is empty between bookings, these are not powered and do not record you at anytime.

 

14: We are not responsible for any inclement weather.

 

15: On paying your 25% Non-Refundable Deposit you are agreeing with these Terms and

Conditions.
